Regal Home Inspections owner and lead inspector Frank J. Delle Donne has a well-rounded resume from his former professional career in the telecom industry, he is a civic leader, a citizen, and an inspector. He graduated from Pace University in New York City in 1980 and went to work at the old Bell System in the telecommunications industry. Frank worked in telecom for a few different employers from August 18, 1980, until his retirement in April 2013 after over 32 years.
From 1992 through 2018 Frank was a member of the Colts Neck, NJ Volunteer First Aid Squad and has been a State Certified EMT since June 1993. Frank retired from the first aid squad at the end of 2018. Frank was also an American Heart Association-trained Instructor in CPR. From approximately 1995 through 2000, Frank was a member of the Colts Neck Recreation Committee, and from 2000 through 2009, Frank was a member of the Colts Neck Board of Health. For 2006 and 2007, Frank was Vice Chairman, and for 2008 and 2009, Frank was the Chairman of the Board of Health.

Brian S. Delle Donne joined Regal Home inspections in 2019 and is a co-owner. He achieved his NJ DEP Radon Measurement Technician and NJ Department of Consumer Affairs Home Inspector licenses in 2019. Brian is a graduate of Penn State University and served honorably in the United States Army. Brian is also licensed to perform inspections for Lead paint. Brian has been involved with over 1500 home inspections and over 500 in 2020 alone.
