Brick, Ocean County NJ-based Regal Home Inspections offers estate home inspection services to residents throughout the Ocean County, NJ area. And as Estate Home Inspector, we also serve both Monmouth County, and Middlesex County, NJ! Our estate home inspector services provide buyers and sellers with a thorough inspection of their prestigious home.
Following the Standards of Practice, as detailed in New Jersey’s home inspection administrative code (laws), we inspect the structure, heating, electrical, plumbing, roof, and many other elements of an estate. At the end, we produce a written, comprehensive and informative inspection report.
The NJ home inspection Standard of Practice was established to provide a “Minimum and Uniform” scope of work/inspection so that each inspection and each inspector performs nearly the same visual, nondestructive analysis of the major systems in a house. We are a family operation with two NJ licensed home inspectors.
